Books from Blossom

Thanks to a coupon won at the KQA History Quiz last week as well as another coupon given away by a generous team-mate, bought the following

The Emperor by Ryszard Kapuscinski
The City and the City by Chine Mieville
Always Unreliable by Clive James
Moonwalking with Einstein by Joshua Foer

Mostly since I had some change left after the above, also ended up buying my 1st comic in years, Kadambari by Amar Chitra Katha (based on Banabhatta's classic)

This buy also wiped out 2 more from my book lust/list for 2012. I shall post an updated list soon

The St. Joseph's Literature Festival ushered some welcome happiness into this weekend, thanks to a nice and easy books quiz.
Due to my star team-mate we managed to come 2nd and win coupons to Blossoms Book Store. And that led to the following babies coming to their papa

Hitch-22 by Christopher Hitchens
Maskerade by Terry Pratchett
Speak, Memory by Vladimir Nabokov

Utter coolness. Thanks to Arul Mani for yet another lovely quiz.
