Best 10 km time in about 2 years as far as I can remember. Am hoping to clip another min next yr. Until then will soak this in.

Best part of the race. Did the first 5 km in 22:26.

The Nike Lounge to which I was lucky enough to get access to, was excellent. Very classy. Decent grub and massage, although I skipped the massage. I even struck a corny pose for a pic :)

Update: Made my 1st visit to the new ICH. Coffee still the same. Outlet far too clean. Waiters' uniforms still the same. Feeling mostly happy :)
