To wind up a year of insane book buying, bought two nice books

Shades of Grey by Jasper Fforde
The Complete Brigadier Gerard by AC Doyle

Hope the latter is half as good as its blurbs.

As is the case on most occasions, credit card points helped and no cash was harmed in the making of this purchase :)
